    Here’s a tip on the final stage of the songwriting process, the demo. The number of songs that you choose to put on your demo should be limited to three or four songs at most. Any more than that probably will not get listened to. This is because most producers, A&R people, and/or artists simply cannot absorb more than that at one time. Bear in mind that these folks earn their living by listening critically to songs, and as such will move on very quickly.
