the beginning of a 30 day challenge I set myself, to regain my creative self. Starting with my health and happiness. 30 days every day 1 hour exercise, 20 minute meditation, 30 minute stream of consciousness writing. 6 days a week – 1 hour vocal technique, 1 hour piano technique, 4 hour songwriting And I’d like to include a detox. 10 day fruit, veg and water diet + vitamin supplements
