  • Songwriter Tip:

All great songwriters have a well-defined list of things that they all feel belong in a song. All of us aspiring songwriters have a list as well, sometimes good, sometimes bad. We get into trouble when we allow our pre-conceived notions to get in the way of a truly creative moment. Allow the situation to develop fully and write it all down before you make any decisions about whether or not you want to keep it.
